About your Kidmondo KidBook

Q: What is the Kidmondo KidBook?

A: A: The Kidmondo KidBook is a high-quality, professionally-printed, personalized book that YOU create online with a layout that we provide. It can be personalized to include your photos and your comments, or you can include photos or comments that have been posted by your family and friends. Your Kidmondo KidBook will be delivered to you within 10-14 business days after ordering.

Q: What are the system requirements for creating a book ?

A: Requires Internet Explorer 6.0+ (Windows) or Firefox 2.0+ (Mac/Windows).

Q: Is there a way to preview sample book before I order?

A: Yes. Just click the "See a Sample" button at the top of this window to see a sample of this book.

Q: What will the book contain?

A: There are some pages in the book that are already created for you. Those sections are:

• Diary
• About
• Growth
• Picture Gallery

Customizable features:

• Titles and photos on front cover
• Dedication page
• Back cover
• You can upload your own digital photos to use throughout the book or use the shared pictures that others have uploaded onto the site
• You can add captions to the uploaded photos
• You can also post comments to some of the articles to make them more personal

Q: What types of book bindings are available?

A: You are able to choose either a hard or soft cover for your book. Both books have a sturdy binding with a laminate cover displaying the cover photo and title of your book.

Q: What is the maximum number of pages that I can include in my book?

A: A book may include a maximum of 350 pages for a soft cover and 250 pages for a hard cover. Please note that each book includes a standard number of pages and you will be charged $1.00 for every two pages you add to the standard number.

Q: Can I see what the book process involves?

A: Yes. You can click on the "Take a Tour" button to get a short tour of the features and functions of the book site.

White Glove Service

Q: What is the White Glove Service?

A: If you prefer not to use your computer to personalize your book, our Customer Service Staff would be happy to do it for you. Please contact Customer Service at support@sharedbook.com or call 1-888-212-3121 for details and pricing. Following your instructions, we will begin assembling the materials into a beautiful book that will preserve your memories for a lifetime. When we're done, we will e-mail you a copy of the book for you to review. Upon your approval, we will have your book printed and shipped to you within approximately 10-14 business days.

Q: Can I have my book printed in another language?

A: At this time, we are only able to print the book in English. We apologize for the inconvenience and we hope to be able to accommodate other languages in the future.
